7. Q: What is the Order Process?
    1) Provide your specific requirements and artwork with format of PDF/AI/CDR/;
    2) Quotation;
    3) Confirm to place the order;
    4) Our designer will make the bleed on your artwork or do a design according to your requirements;
    5) Send you the confirmation draft and a Proforma Invoice;
    6) Signed the confirmation draft and send it back, then make the payment;
    7) Start production after confirmation and payment;
    8) Production , 7 working days for quantity under 50,000pcs (no special crafts);
    9) Delivery by DHL / UPS / FedEx etc. according to your shipping address.

8. Q: Can your products be customized?
    Yes, almost all of our products are customized, including the material, size, thickness and logo. OEM orders are highly welcome, also including verious irregular shape cards; Both OEM & ODM orders are welcome.

9. Q: Can you print our logo ?
    Yes, we can print the logo according to your requirement.  

10. Q: What format artwork do you use for Design?
    We prefer PDF format with several layers. Other format such as CDR /AI file would be ok;

11. Q: What about the lead time for magnetic card’s mass production?
    It would usually take 5-10 working days depends on the order’s Q’ty and specific requirement.

12. Q: How to deliver the goods?
    You can choose express by DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS or by sea. Real method depends on order quantity.

    We can accept payment by T/T, Western Union and paypal, 30%-50% prepayment.
